Rhodes Tours Greece on TripAdvisor, Rhodes Private Tours on TripAdvisor Greece

Recently, our customers have been writing to us this question: Why no more awards from TripAdvisor? We are obliged to answer our customer’s questions.

The answer has nothing to do with the quality of services we provide, but with TripAdvisor’s new policy. They started as a ranking site to review activities but now they have turned into a booking platform plus the reviews. Also, TripAdvisor is responsible for Hotels and Restaurants, not for Tours anymore. Their partner Viator is responsible for Tours.

As you may noticed, you’ll not see any more “Certificate of Excellence” or “Hall of Fame”, instead you see “Travelers’ Choice”. TripAdvisor has been changing policies and their whole business model in the last years.

And of course, we pride ourselves for our three greatest strengths: Quality, Personal Touch, and Direct Local Price.
